Denon DN-GNB Overview
The black Denon DN-GNB is a cardioid condenser XLR gooseneck microphone designed to deliver directional pickup of speech in houses of worship, boardrooms, conferences, panel discussions, paging applications, and more. Its 24″ length enables easy, versatile positioning, making it ideal for podium and desktop installations. The XLR 3-pin male output jack allows compatible connectivity with most XLR bases and microphone preamps that provide 9 to 52 VDC phantom power.
The condenser capsule offers high sensitivity, a 130 dB maximum SPL, and a frequency response of 50 Hz to 16 kHz. The cardioid polar pattern of the DN-GNB yields a focused sound with reduced pickup of room ambience, helping to control feedback issues.
Back-electret condenser capsule operates on 9 to 52 VDC phantom power
Cardioid polar pattern reduces pickup of ambient sound by rejecting sound behind the microphone
XLR 3-pin male output jack allows direct connection to most mixers, preamps, XLR bases, and mic panels
High sensitivity provides strong levels without excessive preamp gain
24″ length enables easy and proper positioning
